The fruit for this wine is sourced from the renowned dryland Schobers vineyard in Clare Valley and is an excellent follow up to the 1994 Jimmy Watson Trophy winning Classic Clare Shiraz. Made from 100% shiraz. This is a rich super concentrated wine. The palate is packed with ripe plum and blackberry flavours which are beautifully integrated with American oak. Excellent structure with a soft fine tannin structure and very long aftertaste. Cellar up to 10 years. 14% Alcohol Volume.Winner of 2 Trophies and 5 Gold Medals.
