Drawn from one re-fill sherry butt, this quarter-century old Craigellachie was distilled in 1995 and bottled in 2021 with zero chill filtration. 219 bottles are on offer.
Notes from the bottlers... Nose: Opens with a waxed lemon and citric quality, warmed pecans, golden syrup and home baking. Palate: New leather, fresh oak and Speyside Malted barley. Finish: Exceptionally long with glazed red apple, strawberry candyfloss and raspberry crème brûlée.
