A wine of considerable cellaring potential. Opaque, purple mauve colour, with nose of freshly crushed blackberries and spice with vanillin oak overtones. The palate is full bodied dominated by strong black pepper flavours and supported by ripe blackberries. Thetannins are firm with lingering blackberry and fresh liquorice all sort aftertaste. Cellar 3-5 years.
