The Bin 707 is a well structured, full bodied wine that has great intensity and concentration. The 1994 vintage was outstanding producing wines of great complexity, concentration and superb balance. The wine was matured in new American oak barrels for 18 months.Tasting Notes: Dark crimson colour. The nose displays intense aromas of sweet dark fruits, stewed plums and cassis with integrated barrel ferment characters with earthy rich nuances and tobacco notes in the background. This is a powerful concentrated wine with the palate displaying blackcurrant flavours beautifully integrated with sweet oak and firm tannins. Excellent length and persistence. The 1994 Bin 707 is classic with all the hallmarks of a great wine that will reward long term cellaring. 13.5% Alcohol Volume.
