Tasting note: [from a 20ml sample] Harvested and distilled in 1994 and matured in brand new loose grain oak casks. Bright brassy gold. Initially reluctant bouquet build over several minutes becoming wood and sweet spice focussed with light dried fig/pear fruitiness and delicate pepper; more honeyed in later stages. Soft and well rounded with dilute honey and cigar box flavours and a flourish of white pepper at the finish. 42% Alc./Vol.
