Wine Analysis:
Alc/Vol: 13.5% Acidity: 7.30g/L pH: 3.40

Colour:
The wine is extremely dense, almost black in colour, indicative of its intensity.

Nose:
The essence of Coonawarra Cabernet, the bouquet shows rich, cassis Cabernet aromas with a hint of leafiness and mint, layered over charry vanillin French oak which has been used to complement and add complexity to the ripe berry fruit.

Palate:
Full bodied and powerful, the wine is firmly structured and intensely flavoured with abundant, ripe berry Cabernet fruit and oak character. Typical of the style, the finely balanced fruit and the firm drying tannins and astringency add strength and length to the palate.
