Peter Cummings has produced a very stylish cabernet which willcontinue to develop over the next 5-8 years. Not as robust asthe 1993 Shiraz - but then principal dancers don't necessarilyhave to play football. Bright ruby red crimson colour. The noseis very classy with perfumed marzipan and confectionary aromasover a spicy blackcurrant background. The palate has a finebalance of components with dark chocolates, cassis and spice,good levels of fine tannin and delightful full circle marzipanfinish.\Z
