1992 Raymond Ragnaud Ugni Blanc Cognac (700ml)

A second creation focusing solely on Ugni Blanc, the 1992 presents with more oak influence than its 2002 sibling before accenting dried figs on the nose. Better-integrated it captures a nice balance of honeyed citrus, succulent fig and buttery oak through to a graceful, harmonious finish that wins points for persistence. Being closer to the house XO in style, it's also the more classic of the three vintages tasted from Raymond Ragnaud. 350 bottles are on offer at a higher than normal abv of 43% Alc./Vol.
