We have just one of only 207 bottles on offer world wide of this extremely old Orkney, distilled in 1988 at the Highland Park Distillery and bottled on the 16th December 2020 from a single refill hogshead. 52.8% Alc./Vol. Non chill filtered.

Notes from the bottlers... Nose: crystallised violets and soft coconut give way to hints of cured meat. white chocolate comes to the fore, followed by subtle notes of bonfire embers. Taste: sweet and smooth flavours of red apple and malted biscuit. rich vanilla develops alongside dried banana pieces and light citrus zest. Finish: a medium-bodied finish with lingering soft fruit and smoke.
