While the original Pimm's No.1 Cup was first produced in 1823, there have been seven Pimm's products in all. The essential difference among them is the base alcohol used to produce them. The Pimm's that most know today is a gin-based digestif containing quinine and a secret mixture of herbs. Its creator, James Pimm, first served it in a small tankard known as a "No. 1 Cup", hence its name. Pimm's most familiar product remains the No. 1 Cup, however, Cups #3 and #6 are still produced in small quantities, and as far as we're aware, this is the first time these variations have hit the Australian market.

Pimm's 'No. 3' Cup is also marketed as 'Pimm's Winter Cup' and is seasonally available. It's a Brandy base blended with a hints of orange zest and spices. Very Limited Stocks. 25% Alc./Vol.
