Tasting note: Drawn from a refill barrel, this bright gold coloured Fettercairn is slightly reticent on the nose, suggesting ripe nashi pear, gobstopper, cocoa and oak dust. Mouthfilling and rounded, the palate offers a burst of juicy fruitiness followed by hints of nectarine and sherbet in a balanced but warming finish, with bubblegum and fresh-sawn oak through the creamy aftertaste. Full bodied and zesty. Non chill filtered. 57.4% Alc./vol. 180 bottles world wide.
