Melbourne Moonshine (700ml)

A completely in-house venture that started in Melbourne in 2016. Two direct flame fired stills are used to give added authenticity to the corn based spirit.

Tasting note: Pours crystal clear with semi-sweet aromas of sour dough olive bread, old candlewax and bircher muesli followed by attractive flavours of beeswax, fruit loaf and light herbal notes (thyme?). A dry-yet-fruity spirit with excellent balance. 40% Alc./Vol.
