King's Ransom 12 Year Old Blended Scotch Whisky (26 2/3 fl.oz)

An oldie but a goody? The King's Ransom brand was produced by Wm. Whiteley & Co. during the 1970's. The bottling plant was in Glasgow and the Distillery was in Pitlochry, Perthshire. Two export-only brands were marketed: 'King's Ransom' and 'House of Lords'. We can certainly vouch for the quality of the latter which we sold in the 1990's. This bottling could offer a fascinating insight into the style of blends from another era. Bottled at 75 proof (approx. 37.5% Alc./Vol)
