A vatting of twelve Fino Sherry butts containing whisky peated to 50ppm. The casks were sourced from Bodega Miguel Martin in Spain. The whisky is described as taking on a "fresh green apple character, balancing beautifully with the citrus sweetness, cooked fruits and maritime peat smoke of Kilchoman". 10,500 bottles are available worldwide. 46% Alc./Vol.

Other reviews... Nose: fresh and floral with plenty of coastal influence. Seaside freshness gives way to tropical fruit, light citrus and malty sweetness. Palate: juicy tropical fruit and heavy earthy peat smoke combine with chilli heat, lemon zest and a creamy, malty sweetness. Finish: long and bold with heavy peat smoke, cashews and almonds with the dry saline influence of the fino coming forward.
