Tasting note: Pale straw gold appearance. Very delicate, almost floral aroma with moderate notes of water cracker and unripe pear. Hints of honey too and perhaps a whisper of peat. Entry is water like and stays that way throughout, yeilding light flavours of cracker bicuit, dilute honey and feather weight spices towards the finish. Close your eyes and it could be vodka. But for all its lightness this is not without its charms. 40% Alc./Vol.
