2020 Domaine William Fevre Premier and Grand Cru Chablis

Domaine William Fevre is a benchmark producer in Chablis, known for producing racy and filigreed wines, and importantly they display exemplary typicity. While their humble village Chablis is consistently one of the great values in the region, it's their premier and grand cru bottlings that are some of the true highlights each year.

Director and head winemaker Didier Séguier has crafted a collection of 2020 Chablis that showcases the best the region has to offer, with full and mineral laced wines that could only come from top sites and a top producer. 2020 also marks the first official year of organic production, however they have been practicing for over 15 years. Oak use has been lessened in recent years, with the average age of the barrels in the cellar now around five years old. All wines also now come under DIAM closure for further reassurance they will be in top condition when the time comes to enjoy.

With severely reduced yields in 2021, and certainly wines not up to the standard of these outstanding 2020 releases, now is the time to load up on the limited stocks available of 2020 Domaine William Fevre.
