2022 Envinate - Atlantic Spanish Wines from the Canary Islands

Envínate is the passion project of four young winemakers with a shared philosophy of wine and a desire to explore the ancient, Atlantic influenced terroirs of western Spain. Their project covers very different regions of Spain: Ribeira Sacra, the Mediterranean, and the Canary Islands. On offer here are the 2022 releases from Tenerife in the Canary Islands.

Tenerife is one of the most dynamic regions for wine today, in no small part due to the influence Envínate have had on bringing this small volcanic island to worldwide attention. Wines from here are often composed of Listan Negro for the reds and Listan Blanco for the whites, along with field blends of similar weighted indigenous varieties.
