2016 Bordeaux


2016 was an amazing vintage in Bordeaux that produced many outstanding wines from the bottom up right through to the top flight first growths. Many critics consider it to be Bordeaux’s finest vintage this century, so far… bettering the other great vintages 2005, 2009, 2010 & 2015. Tannin ripeness, complexity, fantastic freshness and a balanced richness were all achieved in the 2016 vintage at moderate alcohol levels.
