Bruichladdich Infinity Third Edition Single Malt Scotch Whisky (700ml)

This is the third release in the Infinity series with more peat influence than previous releases at 20PPM. Matured in American oak casks which had previously held Bourbon and Tempranillo. Bottled at 50% Alc/vol, non chill filtered and colouring free.

...The first nosing passes find surprising floral notes; following aeration, scents of kippers, brine, seaweed and asphalt emerge. Entry flavors include spirit, bacon, pork roast and smoke; the midpalate is concentrated and spirity, with tastes of almond, dry malt, black pepper and cocoa.
