Black Gate Distillery Single Cask Single Malt Australian Whisky (500ml)

Black Gate Distillery was opened by Brian and Genise Hollingworth in Mendooran in January 2012. The couple have traveled throughout NSW, Tasmania, Scotland and Ireland researching and gaining knowledge in the art of distilling high quality spirits and liqueurs. They aim at using local grains and fruits for all of their products. The latest batch was matured in Port Casks sourced from a South Australian cooperage. 49.3% Alc./Vol.
