Good white creamy mousse but lacking hold. Pale straw base wine colour. Very fine bead showing good persistence. Aromas of citrus, baked apple and toast. The palate is quite dry with subtle pear flavours followed by some yeasty baked bread and citrus. Crisp dry finish. Aftertaste of pear, yeast lees and baked bread.
Drink over the next 2-3 years.
