Deep black dark red colour with a dark red hue. Aromas of dark to black cherries and liquorice mix with earth, dried herbs and spice. Morello cherry and liquorice fruits cast a fresh mid weighted feel across the palate with dried herb, light earth and spice nuances ensuing on a fleshed out finish. Polished tannins and nicely balanced acidity lead into a savoury aftertaste.
Drink over the next 3-4 years.
