2018 Wheeler Vino Sauvignon Blanc

Fermented in a combination of tank and seasoned French oak and rested on lees for 6 months. Bright pale straw colour with shades of green around the edges and a watery hue. Herbaceous green bean like scents shoot from the glass along with some grassy notes, citrus and flint. Fullish and quite rounded in its feel yet brimming with freshness the palate displays grassy asparagus flavours over herbaceous green bean, citrus, capsicum and a light dusting of pencil shavings. Finishes dry with crisp acidity and a green herbaceous aftertaste.
Drink over the next 1-2 years.
