Brilliant water like colour with highlights of green around the outskirts. Pronounced lime and green apple aromas intermix with hints of mandarin, talc and steely mineral notes. Intense lime, citrus and mandarin flavours fill the mouth supported by a back bone of fine racy acidity with elements of talc and chalky mineral also chiming in. Dry zesty finish with a long mouth watering aftertaste.
