Brilliant very pale straw almost water like colour with a light greenish tinge around the edges. Aromas of fresh pears, citrus and hints of tropical fruits are followed by mineral notes and delicate fresh herbs. Fresh and zingy the palate has flavours of white stone fruits, citrus and minerally fresh herb characters. Dry crisp finish with an aftertaste of fresh pear, citrus, herbs and mineral.
