2017 Debussy Reverie Cabernet Syrah

Totally opaque black dark red core with a deep dark purple red hue. Ripe blackberry and liquorice aromas are infused with dried clove, fresh herb and spice notes. Plush on entry with ripe blackberry and liquorice flavours quickly overrun by toasty oak and spicy dried clove like elements on the finish. Slightly firm but otherwise velvet like tannins. Spicy toasty oak and dried clove aftertaste.
Drink over the next 1-2 years.
