Translucent pale salmon pink colour with a watery hue. Lifted rose petal, peach and winter strawberry scents overlay wet slate notes. Supplely textured in the mouth the palate possesses a moreish flavour profile of winter strawberries, peaches and subtle infusions of musk with a minerally pebble stone undercard. Finishes dry with brisk acidity and an aftertaste of winter strawberries, peaches, light musk and spicy pebble stones.
