The under card is an assemblage of smoky vanillin cedar, scorched earth and spicy pepper. Beneath the rich fruit the sturdy tannins appear velvet like. Other Reviews….
This full-bodied, voluptuous shiraz is founded on deft winemaking, layering the smooth sheath of ripe black fruit and gentle licorice to spice flavours with a massaged hand of silken tannins, a clench of reductive tension, judicious oak and a gentle acid breeze. Drink by 2027.
