2013 Domaine Asmara Reserve Shiraz

Totally opaque black dark purple colour with a deep bright dark purple hue. The nose displays lifted liquorice, blackberry and dark plum top notes over some vanillin cedar and spice. Rich luscious flavours of ripe blackberries and dark plum intermixed with liquorice adorn the palate overlaying vanillin cedar and spice nuances. Solid firmly built yet fine grained tannins providing the structural support. Long aftertaste of liquorice, ripe blackberries, black cherries, spicy vanillin cedar and pepper.
