2013 Delas Ventoux Rouge

Deep dark red black colour with a dark crimson purple hue. Lifted ripe black cherry aromas interact with some liquorice, incense, scorched earth and spice nuances. Medium bodied the palate possesses flavours of black cherries and liquorice over some earthy incense infusions and spice. Slightly dryish finish with fine grained tannins and an elegant mouthfeel. Aftertaste of spicy black cherries, liquorice, incense and scorched earth.
Drink over the next 3-4 years.
