2012 Olivier Leflaive Oncle Vincent Bourgogne

Brilliant very pale straw colour with a distinctive greenish tinge around the rim and a watery hue. Scents of white peach, pear and subtle dried honey are overlaid by some biscuity cashew characters with flinty mineral end notes. Medium weighted with excellent freshness and a faint creaminess about the textural feel the palate features fresh white peach and ripe pear flavours intermixed with traces of dried honey, faint toast, cashew and mineral. Clean dry finish with well balanced fresh acidity. Aftertaste of white peach, pear, subtle dried honey, cashew and mineral. An excellent Bourgogne.
