2011 Fire Block Watervale Riesling

Brilliant very pale straw greenish colour with watery hue. The nose displays top notes of lemon and lime followed by a hint of orange rind and some mineral. The palate is quite tightly structured and possesses a steely acid structure with flavours of lemon, lime and a steely crisp mineral infused finish. Long lemon, lime and mineral aftertaste.
Cellar 4-5 years (2016-2017).
