2011 Erath Pinot Noir

Semi translucent ruby red colour with light red hue. The nose displays lifted ripe raspberry and strawberry aromas followed by some anise and spicy cedar. Light weight the palate possesses flavours of dark cherries and subtle plum followed by some lightly toasted cedar and spice. Dryish finish with very fine grained tannins. Aftertaste of dark cherries, earthy cedar and spice. A light pretty styled Pinot that lacks some power.
Cellar 3-4 years.
