2010 Yeringberg Shiraz

Very deep dark crimson red black colour with crimson red hue. Ripe blackberry top notes are intermixed with some liquorice and smoky oak followed by some spicy clove end notes. Medium weight, this is a very elegant Shiraz with flavours of blackberry, liquorice and smoked meats finishing with some spicy oak. Soft velvety tannins. Medium to long aftertaste of blackberry, liquorice, smoky oak and spice.
Cellar 4-5 years.
