2010 Coriole Redstone Cabernet Sauvignon

Opaque black dark crimson red colour with dark red hue. Aromas of blackcurrant are intermixed with some liquorice followed by some cedar and spice. The palate is quite generous and full bodied with mouthfilling flavours of ripe blackcurrant and liquorice supported by some underlying cedar and finishing with a spicy back palate. Dryish, slightly grippy tannins. Aftertaste of blackcurrant, a touch of liquorice and spicy cedar.
Cellar 4-5 years.
