Brilliant very pale straw, almost water like colour with watery hue. Aromas of ripe gooseberry, lime and passionfruit. Flavoursome palate with ripe gooseberry and passionfruit dominant followed by some citrus and a touch of herbaceousness on the back palate. Clean crisp acid finish. Aftertaste of gooseberry, passionfruit and citrus.
