$275.88 Dozen
Minimum 12 bottles
Cellar: 2 - 3 Years (2011-2012)
ABV: 12.7%
Closure: Cork

This wine comes with a new type of closure that takes a he-man effort to open and what’s more it’s missing the requiste cork ‘pop’ associated with opening a sparkling wine, instead one gets a slight fizz similar to the opening of a bottle of lemonade. It is however re-sealable, a consideration for those who like an afternoon glass or two without the added expense of smaller size bottlings.

Produced from a blend of 55% Pinot Noir and 45% Chardonnay. Good creamy white mousse with very pale straw colour base wine. Exceptionally fine bead with excellent persistence. Aromas of biscuit, toast and yeast lees – quite a refined sniff. Relatively dry palate flavours of toasty yeast lees, brioche and baked bread. Creamy texture with good palate length. Aftertaste of yeast lees, toast and brioche.
Drink over the next 2-3 years (2009-2012)
