Opaque black crimson colour with black heart and crimson black hue. Perfumed aromas of liquorice, blackberry, violets, dark chocolate and confectionary. Full bodied possessing excellent richness the palate delivers very generous flavours of liquorice and ripe blackberry followed by some confectionary and a touch of spice on the back palate. Super fine grained perfectly balanced tannins. Excellent length with long aftertaste of ripe blackberry, liquorice, confectionary and spice.
Drink over the next 4-5 years (2011-2016).
