Producer Tasting Notes...
WITHOUT WATER
Aroma:Stewed pears, baked pineapple and dried prune aromas along with star anise, cinnamon and nutmeg. Burnt sugar and charred oak with a touch of bonfire smoke develop.
Taste: Sichuan pepper spice with dark chocolate and roasted hazelnuts. Flavours of prunes, red apple and orange pith take influence.

WITH WATER
Aroma: Passion fruit, mango and pineapple with a touch of vanilla. Red apple aromas develop with hints of aniseed.
Taste: Creamy milk chocolate with a touch of salt. Stewed pears and dried prunes with flavours of cinnamon are revealed.
