Tasting note: Pale straw / gold colour. The utterly faultless fruity-cereal combination is redolent of poached pear, nutty grains, honey and vanilla making for a sublime sniff. Medium weighted palate impresses in the same fashion as the aroma, only with the accent on pristine malt; controlled spices add depth towards the finish. Ends long, super-clean and immensely satisfying. So seamlessly integrated you could easily miss its finer points, but the impeccably fresh, pure delivery is unmistakable - and the kind that makes for a benchmark.
