Tasting note: Amber gold. Big honey and cereal opening sniff. So typically Longmorn. Brief aeration adds cinnamon, incense stick, clove and hints of ginger biscuit. Huge delivery. Pushes this distillery into unexpected ground as the slightly off-key mid palate becomes saturated with bittersweet oak and pepper. Leaves its best till the last as juicy malt, light fruitiness and vanilla play out in the finish. Easily the brawniest Longmorn we've encountered to date. Non chill filtered. 53% Alc./Vol.
