Tasting note: The pretty gold colour is flawless and bright. Offers a big aroma reminiscent of short bread, poached pear, beeswax, vanilla malt and more. Love the opening stage of the delivery which is so deceptively soft and accessible, preluding a controlled surge of pepper by mid palate that's also fresh and fruity.
