BRAZIL
$69. 99
Bottle
$839.88 Dozen
ABV: 38%

Due to arrive in Australia later in the year, we were recently treated to a preview tasting of the stunning Weber Cachacas. All three expressions are remarkable spirits - certainly the most aromatic, powerful and complex of any Cachaca's we've tasted to date.

Tasting note: Clear. Penetrating salty green olive aromas meld with merringue, white pepper, dill and mustard. Soft palate entry offers minerally, talc notes building to a concentrated sweet, spicy, warm green peppercorn flavour wave. Excellent palate length. Finishes dry with a long merringue, dill and pepper aftertaste. 38% Alc./Vol.

Other reviews...The nosing passes find nicely assertive aromas of green vegetables and an acute spiciness and herbaceousness that’s one-part white pepper and one-part dill. Palate entry is mildly sweet, herbal (dill, sage) and pleasingly warm; midpalate is substantial, nicely textured, almost oily and intensely grassy. Concludes moderately sweet and mineral-like. 90-95 points. Superb/Highly Recommended - www.wineenthusiast.comsize>
