Van Diemen Raspberry Liqueur (750ml)

A Tasmanian liqueur made from Cabernet Sauvignon juice and local raspberries steeped in vodka.

Tasting notes: Cloudy, opaque dark crimson red colour with a deep crimson hue. Ripe cranberry, raspberry and drier, tannic notes of pomegranate juice on the nose. The entry is soft, full bodied and sweet with a mid palate burst of juicy ripe berry conserve flavours tempered by a drying acidity. The spirit is virtually imperceptible. Raspberry jam aftertaste becoming dry. 18% Alc./Vol.
