Tasting note: Made in small batches from a premium grape base. Floral soft with moderate juniper mingling alongside hints of coriander, lime juice and white pepper. Follows through with medium bodied flavours of pine shoots, Meyer lemon peel, pepper warmth and delicate floral notes through the aftertaste. Nicely rounded. 42% Alc./Vol.
