Produced by macerating zest from Victorian lemons for around six weeks in Timboon's excellent triple distilled barley spirit before bottling.

Tasting notes: Almost opaque, translucent milky lime. Fabulous purity and freshness to the ripe lemon rind nose, with a hint of spice and meringue sweetness. Very delicate, soft, sweet entry, follows through with creamy lemon meringue and ripe citrus flavours. Good length. Lemon tart / lemon zest aftertaste concludes with a trace of acidity.
