Tiller Sparkling Shiraz

Produced by Brini Estate this sparkling Shiraz pours with a dark red purple mousse showing moderate hold with very fine and persistent bead. Deep dark red base wine colour. The nose is showing signs of some development with aromas of ripe blackberry, liquorice and leather. Boasting good weight and plenty of richness the palate is dominated by ripe blackberry flavours followed by some liquorice, confectionary, spice and leather. Good mouthfeel, almost creamy like with medium to long ripe blackberry, liquorice and leather aftertaste.
Drink over the next 1-2 years (2011-2013).
