The Original Witjuti Drink (375ml)

The Witjuti is found in the roots and stems of bushes as well as under the bark and in the trunks of trees. The actual grub that is in the bottle varies in size, as they are harvested in the wild. The size of each grub varies from 9 to 13 cm. The grub is suspended in a blend of sherry and brandy and due to its high oil content infuses the sherry with its own particular nutty flavour. Witjuti grubs are also high in sugar and protein, as well as being a good source of calcium and iron.
