Brilliant, clear silvery appearance. Perfumed opening aromas include sweet grape must and marzipan with a hint of waxiness. After 5 minutes the bouquet turns curiously blanco tequila-like with peppercorn, lime and salt emerging. Soft and delicately spicy throughout, the palate offers a semi sweet, mildly grapey / musty, salted almond amalgam of flavours. Finishes zesty and clean with nice balancing acidity and good persistence. 42% Alc./Vol.
