The Tatachilla Sparkling Malbec stands apart from other sparkling "Burgundy" styles in that it is just a touch drier than wines made using Shiraz. Deep crimson purple colour, with creamy pink mauve mousse. Excellent ripe plum, blackberry, and cherry flavours on the palate. Loads of flavour - clean crisp acid finish. Great drinking over the next 2 - 3 years.
